When lightning or a grid surge is on its way, it switches your circuits off before the surge reaches your appliances, solar, inverter and batteries. Once the supply is safe it switches them back on by itself, and it sends you an alert with a time-stamped record of the event, which is useful for insurance claims.

Yes. Our electrician installs TENA in your DB board in one visit, about 2 hours for single-phase and about 4 hours for three-phase.

What happens during load shedding?
TENA keeps your chosen circuits off and only switches them back on once the supply is stable, so the surge when power returns doesn’t hit your appliances.
Does it protect my solar and inverter?
Yes. TENA disconnects before a surge reaches them. Dedicated PV and battery disconnection is available on request.
What if I’m not happy?
